1. No Refunds After Campaign Start
Once a campaign has been launched or any design/strategy work has begun, no refund will be issued.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued only if: The campaign has not yet started, and You cancel within 24 hours of making the payment
3. Refund Method
If eligible, refunds will be processed via Razorpay or the original payment method within 7 working days.
